This residential community
for seniors wanted a marketing video that would communicate
its warmth as well as its key selling point: life-time care
that responds to the changing physical condition of its
members.
After developing and analyzing what the client wanted its
audience to know, feel and do, Susan used the concept of "a
letter home" to communicate the facts while appealing to
the emotions of prospective residents and their
families.
The resulting warm, reassuring and informative video not
only achieved the client's objectives, it also won an
ITVA-LA/OC Silver Angel award.
