This video was the first in a proposed series of entertaining training videos that would teach inexperienced Novell network administrators how to do their job effectively.

Susan achieved audience "buy-in" with a concept that would resonate with a nervous, green administrator -- that of feeling lost in a strange, new world. "Alice" found her way out with the help of a Groucho Marx character who introduced her to network basics in a way she could easily grasp.

While the client did not get funding to complete the series, this video did win two ITVA-LA/OC Golden Angel awards -- and the universal accolade from viewers: "I actually learned something!"
