When the Los Angeles County Office of Education received a grant to develop a school-court liaison program to help youths in delinquency court, it needed to quickly communicate what the liaison would do and the benefits to all stakeholders. 

Susan covered a lot of territory in little time by designing a “day in the life” video that showed the role the school-court liaison plays in helping these teens. The result was a fast-moving video that illustrated the benefits to schools, courts and junveniles in trouble.

The video won a 2004 Bronze Telly award and paved the way for an easy integration of the program into existing systems.
